Due to the sensitive and controlled nature of laboratory research materials, Certified Peptides does not accept product returns.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for review or replacement. Where applicable, supporting documentation such as photographs may be required prior to approval.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:


• The order has not yet been shipped
• The product arrived damaged or defective
• An incorrect item was received


Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations
