Certified Peptides is committed to processing and delivering all orders with speed, accuracy, and security.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary during periods of elevated demand.
Shipping Methods
We offer both standard and expedited shipping options within the United States.
Available shipping methods and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Promotional shipping offers, including free shipping, apply only to qualifying domestic orders and may be modified or discontinued without notice.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active within the carrier’s system.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking confirms delivery but the package is not received, you must contact us within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement. Certified Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control, including supply chain disruptions.
